Rob Morrish

I am the Strategic  Careers Hub Lead  for the Somerset Careers Hub, managing the fantastic team of Enterprise Co-Ordinators and the 60+ schools and colleges within the county!

The world is constantly changing, and I am passionate about ensuring students, educators and employers are as best prepared as possible for ensuring the young people of Somerset are prepared for their best next step; whatever  that may be!

I spent 7 years working in FE straight after leaving University; first as Hockey Coach & Team Sport Psychologist, before becoming a lecturer.  I then moved into the business development team where I worked on engaging with the employers around the new T-Level qualifications and supporting students to ensure they were prepared for their Industry Placements.

You can usually find me on the hockey or cricket pitch, or at home watching sport on TV!
