The Careers and Enterprise Company offer a number of online learning modules, which focus on value of good careers leadership in schools and colleges; helping you to understand the careers education landscape and the vital role of a Careers Leader.
Modules are available on a range of topics; such as using Compass+, engaging with parents & the refined Gatsby Benchmarks; as well as for a range of audiences such as Careers Leaders, SENCOs, governors & SLT Leads.
The Careers and Enterprise Company also offer fully funded Careers Leadership training through a range of providers
- Choose from distant, face-to-face or blended learning courses.
- Network and make new connections with other Careers Leaders.
- Improve your knowledge of the role and gain access to a qualification (up to level 7).
- All Careers Leaders are eligible to apply for a fully funded training place*.

The eligibility criteria is for careers leaders in all state-funded secondary schools and colleges, including SEN and AP.
